Hydration
We have all heard that humans are comprised of 80-90% water. This is partially true. A more accurate description would be we are actually 80-90% salt water. Electrolytes, or mineral salts are actually what keep us hydrated. Coffee consumption and sweet sugary food rob our bodies of these minerals, and can lead to states of chronic dehydration. Headaches, aging skin and a gaunt appearance are symptoms of dehydration. How much and how often should I eat Himalyan Crystal salt?

Some people choose to make sole Ð this is a brine solution that is made using nuggets of salt and saturating a water solution with salt over night.
